Acting As Owners

This program serves as the foundation for a major corporate change in strategic direction. The goal is to drive a personal commitment in each employee to accept ownership in the future direction and success of the organization. It begins with a one-day, interactive session that covers the following topics:

• The Changing Market
• Mission, Goals, and Strategies
• A New Way of Serving Customers
• Initiatives for Transformation
• Preparing for Change

Following this event, each work group began an ongoing Team Alignment Process to ensure that all of their team and individual goals linked directly to the long-term organizational strategies.
